Mindfulness and Relaxation Exercises

 
The ability to meditate and to be consciously aware in the present moment is strengthened by regular exercise. When our mind comes into contact with the present, there is an automatic and natural relaxation, both in body and mind. Below you will find different exercises that you can to try to see which one (s) you like. Many people recommend exercising at least 20 minutes a day, but a 10 minute exercise is better than none.
