Webinars that strengthen health, well-being, motivation and working climate

There is a lot you as an individual can do to increase your well-being, energy and motivation. The webinars you find here can be taken individually or combined as a training program over time. Do not hesitate to get in touch so that together we can create an action plan that fits your needs.

When an organization commit to reducing the stress level and improving the quality of life of its employees, an improvement in the working climate, motivation and commitment is observed. In addition, increased well-being and improved health lead to a reduction in staff turnover and sick leave. At the individual level, important competencies such as emotional intelligence, communication skills and the ability to change are strengthened, as well as the ability to listen, to focus and to make decisions. The result is a motivating leadership style, good interpersonal relationships and a positive stress that creates an engaging and productive work environment.

ADAPT THE CONTENT TO YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS

The webinars are held on Zoom and consist of modules, each with their own topic and a duration of 60 minutes. They are suitable both as training programs for individuals and as workshops for companies. Each webinar can be adapted to the individual person's / team's / company's needs by combining the various modules. You can also select only one module at a time, and then eventually build on with more over time. When choosing several modules, I recommend one module per week. That will give participants time to digest the content and perform the tasks they are assigned between each session.
In addition to the modules featured here, it is also possible to design modules with topics adapted to special needs.
