Psychotherapy
Most people carry painful emotions related to experiences of the past. As long as these feelings remain unresolved, they will cause persistent internal stress and turmoil. The aim of the psychotherapeutic process is to become conscious of the repressed feelings. As difficult emotions and memories are processed in the therapy sessions, the internal stress level drops and is replaced by a deeper inner calm.
Recent research shows that precisely the combination of psychotherapy and relaxation training can produce good results in the treatment of, among other conditions, anxiety and depression, but also of emotional challenges related to insecurity and low self-esteem.
 Do not get stuck in unresolved emotional issues or conflicts in your life. Sometimes being able to talk to someone about your problems is a good start. With my 35 years of experience as a psychotherapist and counselor in human development and personal growth, I will help you find ways to create well-being in your life.
